How it's made

Three pots, one stove, and a marble slab.

Made in the back of the shop, never on a truck. Cooked, poured, scored, cooled, sliced, wrapped. The same way it has been the whole time. Nothing freezer-shipped, nothing premade, nothing whose ingredient list takes three lines.

If you're not sure what you want, watch what someone else points to. The wrappers fold around the pound while you decide.

Free samples

Every flavor.Every day.

Walk to the back of the shop. Lift a toothpick. Try one. Try another. Take one for the road. Decide on a pound (or three).
